Ryan Couser is an enthusiastic freelance web designer from Belfast, Northern Ireland with extensive knowledge of designing and developing standards based multimedia for the web.

Web Design
With there being so many designers out there to choose from, it must be difficult to make that final choice, but look no further. Whether its designs from scratch or a complete re-vamp of your existing website, I will work with you, the client, to develop a tailored website that meets the objectives of your marketing and business plan. Your website will be designed and implemented with SEO (search engine optimization) in mind so that it will have a high visibility on all major Internet search engines.
All of my sites work with major browsers including mobile devices and meet UK accessibility law. This is achieved by following W3C web standards using well structured XHTML and CSS.
Web Development
Would you like to keep your website content regularly updated so customers are constantly interacting with it, but you don’t have any understanding of the code? I would recommend the inclusion of a Content Management System (CMS) so you can perform the updates yourself. A CMS provides you with a simple user interface to manage the information displayed on your site. No knowledge of coding required, as straightforward as using hotmail.

Flash and Rich Media is a powerful tool for creating an interactive experience with your users and receives five times more click through rates than the traditional practice. People often desire everything animated to get noticed but my advice is to use Flash and Rich Media in moderation. Avoid long Flash intro or building your entire website using Flash if you want to compete. Even Adobe (the maker of Flash) don’t have a Flash website, do you think there’s a reason why?
